Q. What is the best way to store my chocolate if I have ordered them for a future event?
A. The best way to store your chocolate bouquet to make sure that they stay their freshest for your event is to keep them in a cool, dry, dark location.
Q. How long does it take for my order to be processed and mailed out?
A. It normally takes 1-4 business days for an order to be processed from the time your order is submitted online or taken by telephone. Shipping depends on the method chosen by you for us to send your flower order. If you choose USPS Express Mail, your order will typically take one day to arrive once we have shipped it out. If you choose FedEx Ground, it will take 1-5 working days, depending on your ship to location (see shipping for details).
Larger orders, such as wedding favors or corporate chocolate gift orders, have a two week turnaround. You may place your order as far in advance as you would like for your event or holiday gift selections; however we only require two weeks to process and deliver large orders.
Q. How do you ship the chocolates out without them melting?
A. Our chocolates begin to soften at around 75 degrees. Therefore, when the weather is above 75 degrees we will pack your chocolate gift basket with special gel packs that are designed to keep the package cool for up to two days. It is crucial that you select the correct shipping option in order to ensure the safe arrival of your chocolates. Please see our shipping information page for details.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Because all of our chocolate flower arrangements are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns. It is your responsibility to make sure to select the correct shipping methods in order to ensure the safe arrival of your chocolates. For large orders placed over a month in advance (i.e. favors, corporate promotions, bulk seasonal gifts, etc.) our policy is as follows:
- Full payment is due two weeks before the date on which you are requesting receipt of your order. No exceptions can be made.
- If your order is cancelled prior to the two-week balance-due-date, no payment will be due and any payment already made will be fully refundable. If you request a refund on an order that you paid for via credit card & more than 60 days ago, we will withhold the credit card processing fee(usually 3%), and refund you the balance of your payment.
- If your order is cancelled after the two-week balance-due-date, we cannot issue any refunds.
Q. Are your chocolates kosher certified?
A. Yes. All of our confections are kosher certified.
Q. I have a special color in mind for my special event. Do you custom match colors?
A. We have an almost infinite array of color possibilities. You can check out our color chart to see some of them. If you do not find the color that you are looking for on our website we can custom create it for you.
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. Yes, we do have gift certificates available in a variety of dollar amounts. Please contact us for more information on gift certificates.
